service details
This Christmas, we’re celebrating a message that changed everything: “Do not be afraid.”
All through December, we’ll explore how God meets us in our fear—when life feels uncertain, when His plans don’t make sense, and when faith feels hard to hold onto, and how each of these truths were part of Jesus’ arrival on Earth. On Christmas Eve, we’ll explore the angel’s message to the shepherds when the long-awaited Savior was born: the Good News of Jesus replaces fear with joy.
Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or returning after a long time away, you’ll find a place to belong here at Journey.

what to expect
Christmas Eve at Journey is a 45-minute service designed for the whole family. You’ll experience familiar carols, moments for reflection and worship, and the story of Jesus’ birth told in a hope-filled way.
Come dressed however you’re comfortable—some wear their favorite holiday outfit, others keep it casual. However you show up, you’re welcome here.
Each service is family-friendly, and we encourage you to bring your kids and enjoy it together! Activity bags will be available to young children during the service, and if your little one needs to move around, there’s a Wiggle Room just outside the auditorium where you can still hear and watch the service.
Plan to come a few minutes early—the church lobby will be decorated for Christmas and makes a great place to take a photo with family or friends. Seating is open and first-come, first-served.
